As for a community, the preferred one is !lemmy_support@lemmy.ml, as it's where Lemmy devs are most active on.
You should also join the Lemmy Instance Admin Matrix room for more "instant" support and to keep up with other news and findings :)

I plan to open an instance focused on Latin America communities and topics, if anybody else have similar ideas and we can join together, hit me up!
There are some folks in the lemmy_support area lurking around offering help on the technical side, if that's what you're after! Many don't have time to dedicate to running a full instance themselves, but are happy to help with the setup
