I'm gonna run for president. I know I'm not even legally allowed to because I wasn't born here, but I'm sure that I can fight a protracted legal battle through the course of the election cycle and win

He was born on a military base, which counts.

He wasn't though, just a normal hospital in Alberta. Neither of his parents were in the military. He claimed he could run for president because both of his parents were natural-born citizens.
