A lot of angels have blink effects, so you could go the blink direction with either Vishgraz or Yannik/Nikara.

Another possible angle is to consider that there are lots of reanimation methods through cheap enchantments, so using Tayam for a reanimator strategy is not out of the question.

Got lots of static ability angels that you would prefer to stick around... indefinitely? Just make them into totems with Myrkul, Lord of Bones.

Finally if you just want a support commander, not a build around, there's ones such as Thalia and The Gitrog Monster for extra land drops which also slows opponents, considering angels are notoriously expensive to get rolling.
