Getting the procedure done this week. Ordered some underwear with ice packs and sleeve for comfort. Planning on laying on the couch watching DS9.

Any advice from those who have already crossed this Rubicon?

I just did it like last week. It was nothin'. Didn't even need ice packs or nothing. Back to like 90% normal in one day
