Weil Hamburg nur Teil Holsteins war, solange es selbst noch nichts zu melden hatte. Es hat sich schnell zu einer "Freien Stadt" entwickelt, deren Unabhängigkeit Dänemark anerkennen musste. So hätte zum Zeitpunkt der Einigkeit von Schleswig und Holstein keiner mehr gesagt "Also eigentlich müsste Hamburg auch dazu gehören." Das war einfach kein Thema mehr. Also stand es als Hauptstadt auch nie zur Debatte.
Kurzum: Weil Hamburg nicht in Schleswig-Holstein ist.

Für gewöhnlich trinke ich Oatly, schon allein wegen des Calzium Zusatzes. Geht aber ganz schön aufs Portemonnaie, wenn sie nicht grade reduziert ist. Deshalb halte ich gerne die Augen nach günstigeren Alternativen offen.
