I have a friend that made nashville hot chicken of the woods. Shit was fire.

Got a pretty nice looking sample this year. Planning to run it on millet and then soaked dowels to make plug spawn.

The hope is to do some totems.

Yeah. We took tissue cultures and those cultures will go to grain then plugs and into stumps stacked on top of each other.
