How fluent is Milei in English? And if he's fluent enough - has he given interviews in English?

I googled but the results were shit.

"Fucking" should be placed before "live" for a more natural english sentence.

But knowing Milei, he probably meant it literally.

I'm not 100% but I think it's a little more normalized in Latam politics. Dude's an obvious nutcase so it's not like it damages his image anyway.

True, but it's funny that Milei can't speak professionally/formally at all so even translation software struggles to understand him.
